How far in advance SHOULD I book?

Booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance  is common. This may vary based on the type of session we’re planning and how many people are involved.  *We recommend booking extra early during busy season (spring and fall)*

Nope! Some clients prefer to build their own shot lists if they’re really experienced, but most of our clients love that we include mood boards and shot lists in our pre-production services.

We have our own studio space in Port Ewen, NY where we host a lot of our clients. However, we also love shooting on location. If you aren't sure, we'll help you decide which option is best for you.


What should I bring or wear?

Don’t worry, we’ll go over all these details before your session date. (We actually send you a custom session guide that goes over anything you'll need to prepare.)


Can I get help with hair, makeup or wardrobe?

Yes! We can connect you with local stylists to either join us on set or assist you before your session.


Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely! It never hurts to have a familiar face on set to make you laugh or give a helping hand. (But we do ask that you leave the little ones at home.)

We have a few available packages listed on our  service pages, but many projects require a custom quote. Every brand, business, and creative vision is unique, and pricing is thoughtfully determined based on the specifics of your project. 
Before creating a proposal, we’ll hop on a brief discovery call to learn more about your vision and how we can best support you. This allows us to build an experience that feels intentional, tailored, and aligned with your goals and budget.

All payments, contracts, and bookings are handled securely online through HoneyBook. To reserve your date and begin the pre-production process, we require a 20% retainer fee at the time of booking. The remaining balance is typically due the day after your session.

If you’re interested in working together but need a little flexibility with payments, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to discuss creating a custom payment plan that feels more manageable.
